Charlotte St. Patrick's Day Parade. It's a Charlotte tradition! The city's St. Patrick's Day Parade is happening in uptown Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The parade will coincide with Charlotte's St. Patrick's Day Festival, which is 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will include more than 50 vendors.
